That's false. I don't even know where you got it.

Republicans want fair elections. Period. There is nothing else to it.

If we have an election and lose it fairly, I'm not going to complain. But if you start changing the rules or stealing votes, I'm going to whine about it from now on.

So, you're okay with a private individual setting up privately funded and operated polling places in predominantly partisan areas to make it easier for Democrats to vote and have their votes harvested. But not for Republicans. Right? That is your vision of "fairness"?
