I found out from reading a post of one of the owners of Silicon Investor that 80% of the people that visit SI do not post, they just read. SI has 100,000 registered users. Approx. 8,500 new messages posted a day. SI has 3,000 threads. From the way I read it, 80% of the readers are not members, so there could be hundreds of thousands or more (non member)every day, reading posts on SI. That surprised me!!!!! Another thing I have observed in my late night readings over the past month, there seems to be many people on the threads who are basing their investment decisions on the info posted. Silly Silly people. I think Forest Gump had a neet saying: Stupid is, as Stupid Does
