I wish we could say we have a Supreme Court who'd protect us from tyranny, but they spent fours years hiding cases until they were moot. God knows they'd have done the same when republicans tried to undo huge swaths of the Constitution.

Seeing them kick Cheney out of a leadership job works for the rabid nuts, but not for those who supported Bush/Cheney. They'll be looking for a new party. It'll all work out in our favor.
