The rise in car sales is only creating legal problems for automakers down the road as they're selling a large number of vehicles missing essential cpu control units which are in short supply.

This shoddy practice is particularly endemic at GM, where buyers are not informed and will later notice much lower mpg and other problems with their new cars. Class action?
