There is little to no likelihood that the modest increase in solar magnetic output expected for cycle 25 will halt the cooling trend underway.
General volcanic activity is picking up.
Elevated cosmic ray flux energy transfer events are guaranteed to continue as the magnetosphere gives greater entrée to intrusion of both galactic and solar cosmic rays.

We're now entering an interesting time period.
A measured decrease in cosmic rays by Dr. Phillips since solar minimum ended in early 2020.
It's still very elevated but just not at a record high.
Since the end of cycle 24, climate-wise and volcanic activity-wise, the momentum hasn't slowed.
While it has been backing off a tiny bit, this step up still happened - 4740
And we may have just taken the next one.
The European disaster is a prime candidate to use as a lever toward climate lockdowns.
