Seems like now is the time to capitalize on their investment.<<< The beauty of it, is that management is not legally obligated to follow up on the proposed share buyback -- just the threat of $50 mil of buying power waiting in the wings is enough of a deterrent to keep the shorts at bay, existing shorts itching to cover, and the bulls confident in holding/accumulating. I doubt management will purchase shares unless the stock trends back to the mid-teens or Q1 earnings need to be polished up a little in a few months -- that should provide excellent support from here on out. It's about damn time, too. Style Pts.
