In my personal opinion as of today no one knows why and how this virus started to spread so quickly over the world. By spring 2020 it was clear that air pollution was a big factor

If first cases of Covid 19 where in December 2019, the one point very important for me is what happen in December 16-18 2019.

At that time I was in Jerusalem at an international PhD's and head of departments convention on renewable energy. By Dec 18 afternoon I felt not well and left early afternoon.

People attending where around 30 or 40 from around the world. Next day the 19th or 20th I fell ill with what I am presuming was a strong flu, not high temperature just very weak. Took me around 8 to 10 days to fully recover.

Later in 2020 had blood test and also Corona 19 test automaticaly - results negative- no Corona 19

I do take vitamin D3 for other reasons and increased the dose to 8,000 to 10,000 units.

Eat also fully graded frozen lemons and drink red beat after it is cooked with steady intake of ginger every morning.

In addition, the building went through renovation since summer and all workers where Arabs from the West Bank.

Any ideas?
