Should we appreciate a level playing field or a head start? Or both? I like both, first a head start, then followed with a level playing field after a suitable time lag :0) Actually, in the current case of CSPR, the time delay might have saved USA folks a drawdown from USD 40 down to 80 cents, even as it benefited the earliest birds who are non-USA non-Canada non-China. A win-win for both lots. The folks wet-worked were those who engaged at north of 80 cents, all the way up to crazy numbers, and now comatose. CSPR shall likely be carried by the bigger USA-based exchanges serving USA clients at some juncture, in the meantime those USA states residences can always move to Florida, for both tax and CSPR reasons. Mystery solved, an on- / off-ramp exchange issue. Not an USA-wide or CSPR-narrower factor.
