Yes!!! I did not realize that today! Keeping my focus on that volume. All that exuberance yesterday morning has made me much quieter since then. Too darn tired. Who said sleep was unnecessary has not met me. An article in Red Herring mentions LSI (this is a bit old but in case anyone missed it): (could not find it on their site) But the article says LSI helped finance Brocade Communications, a start-up that's heavily involved in Fibre Channel - FC switches. --- Another article in same issue discusses the new-founded importance of ASICs to networking. "But 1998 may be the year ASICs make their biggest splash yet in networking... " This corroborates Corrigan's statement about a paradigm shift in networking. LSI extremely well positioned but not specifically mentioned in the article. Perhaps because this was just part I of the article! "The second, which will run in April's semiconductors briefing, will look at the opportunity for established chip companies ..." Hopefully LSI will be mentioned then - 27 days from now! --- Did you see my baby ARTI rocket today - not sure exactly of their competitive position - but they are one of those IP people that I was yapping so much about last year. Probably way too expensive for me. Have not looked at financials. But will be keeping an eye on this one. And wish...
