As an extension to my previous response of teaching the Hebrew Bible at a early age the same could be done in China by teaching the Confucius philosophy to young children. The main imperative is to have smart teachers not those that just repeat what is written, but interpret the meaning and intentions. Unfortunate it is my impression that the CCP has no interest in too smart kids and the best example was the Reed Revolution instigated by orders from Mao.
