Where'd He Go?,

Your broker, under most circumstances, will give you three days to do one of the following:

1. Transfer more money into the account, or

2. Sell off some of the account's holdings.

If you fail to take either option, and if, during the three day grace period, the price of your securities does not correct drastically, in your favor, he will make decision number two for you. (Hopefully, this will not happen to any of us....)
