Far as I know it will auto upgrade unless I say otherwise. The 2.0 is still yet relatively unproven. Another aspect about Cryptos is is that a highly trained "bad actor" can sabotage a crypto either from the inside or outside. They could even be employed by the state. There has to be a legal system developed world wide that follows up on Crypto advances to ensure compliance is enforced and that wrong doings are recognised and righted. Yeah, first things first. Need to map out the pareto chart to see what the most important actions are needed by the crypto community. Section top 20% of issues and action those. (CSPR) The fact that Chinese and USA (and other) participants cannot buy new tokens is an issue. Biggest issue I think. Need to understand all of that, construct and observe the time table to bring that sub project to completion. Now I am sure all of these things may well of been taken care of by the project manager(s). If so we need to have a looksee to understand the expectations and delivery schedule(s).
