No, case should be dismissed.

What a laughable insurrection. The lefty narrative: A small, unarmed crowd lead by a goofy guy wearing buffalo horns, incited by a President who told them to be peaceful, threatens US national security. Egads! The nuclear codes are at risk! The end of the world is near!!

The Duchy of Grand Fenwick had a better chance of succeeding when it declared war on the USA.

The b*****t surrounding the episode is amazing. A real travesty, an assault on liberty. The charges were, at best, trespass. But your video puts even a trespass charge in doubt.

Story no. 1: the crowd killed a security guard using a fire extinguisher.

Story no.2: No, it was bear spray, actually. Bear spray killed him because he had a reaction to it. Also b****t.

Eventual truth: No, actually the crowd didn’t kill him. He died of natural causes. But read what the impeachment papers say: Orange Man Bad responsible for murder of security guard.

The only murder was the cold blooded killing of the San Diego woman by a security guard, dutifully captured on video.

Prosecution?

Nope.
