We actually don't have much of a following here (yet). You are the first capital raise to post.

I took a look at your offering and I should point out that I am an old fart and some things are over my head, especially as it relates to new technology. However, it sounds like a cool idea.

When I invest in a company, I typically look at two main areas:

1) the problem it solves and
2) the track record of the leadership team

Also, I tried to review the pitch deck but the font was so small that I had a hard time reading it as well as the graphic of the interface. Perhaps you could provide other links.

Kingscrowd gave you a decent rating 3.9 stars (neutral) so it seems risk-worthy.

Cash on hand as of the end of 200 was only $500 so I see why there was not a lot to spend on the "presentation".

I can see that smaller content developers may desire an interface to hoc their wares. Will everything be on a subscription basis or can content be purchased "a la carte" such as a movie?

As a potential user, an site that aggregates searchable content makes sense to me.

At this stage, i don't have a feel for the size of either market.

Congrats on blowing by your minimum funding goal! I put a follow on your campaign.

Some raisers are hosting live internet sessions to answer questions, any plans for that.

Detailing that you went from a REG D. to a Reg CF raises some questions. The regs did change but it also looks like you are still shooting for the lower limit, but I guess that your raise can be amended (more attorney fees if you reach the $1.07 mil.

Those are my initial thoughts and questions.
