Anyone have any idea how many shares are outstanding at the moment?
Not the float, the total number.

I have to admit I don't trust these "insider" shares..insiders didn't
buy at 39 1/4. I think a very likely scenario is for the stock to
come public way lower, with current holders getting shares at 1 for 1;
then if it doesn't jump back to 39, tough luck. Think of it from
the underwriter's point of view-they want to make money on the
new shares, and they're not going to peg it at some speculative
pink sheet value.

Love the company though, what I have heard of it. I'm into RCN too.
