You're really lost. You don't have command of the history of the conflicts. You're making up accusations or inferring things that can't be connected. Forget about trying to defend any administration or political party on these wars. I suspect that's your motive. It's hard to defend the large scale destruction and continued chaos and suffering being brought to both Libya and Syria. It's hinted as such in the 2012 DEA report on Syria which is based on comparisons to Libya. They've become wastelands as the US and its many allies created and backed jihadist militias to jockey for the wealth that would be realized by winning the most territory. The US military didn't want to get into the middle of a mess that would be ungovernable.
