I don't think they should find anything because they are looking for mechanical issues when in truth the cheating took place when Zuckerberg was writing the check.

Whether the vote has previously been counted and certified has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with whether there was cheating. The entire point of cheating is to escalate one candidate's count over the other's without getting caught. And certification is a ministerial function that has nothing to do with whether anyone cheated or not.
