Thanks for the article. It looks pretty chaotic for DEPO at the moment. It is hard enough having to scramble to reorganize the company after the negative ODAC news, but having to add a major executive reorganization on top of it doesn't sound good.

Also not good, IMHO, is that DEPO apparently hasn't yet had the
conversation with the FDA that supposedly was going to occur in January regarding how to proceed on DepoCyt.

Though I think DEPO has a strong technology to work with, their ability to make it work has some big question marks in the picture. Unless they can come up with a major partnership or a surprise on DepoCyt, I'm afraid the money will run out and/or the company will go into a death spiral of private placements with the stock price depressed.

Of course, there is the possibility that the board's new plan will be to sell the company. I wonder what kind of deal they could cut?
