I doubt that is true...

The content of the known wallet need never change...

The question is... how transparent is that known... in its potential for use as collateral ?

How would you even know if it were made subject to some actual physical paper contract... the terms of which required "not otherwise ever touching the wallet"...

Would you feel safe as an investor... if considering lending Satoshi $10 ?

And, of course... the potential for error in assumption that there is only one wallet... ?

The whales, in any investment... share the same dependence on future performance to enable an exit... The form the exit takes... ? There is a lot of variation.

Sales in the open market... (paired with pre-posiitioning) knowing how that will change the market... ?

Negotiated deals ?

The fact that the wallet has not been touched... suggests either Satoshi doesn't exist... is dead and thus has quit eating and otherwise having expenses to cover (the disappearance of access to crypto over time making it not neutral buy deflationary as the accessible base shrinks over time with accidental losses that cannot be restored to market access)... or that only indicated Satoshi has otherwise provisioned for sustaining basic financial functions in a way that preserves pricacy... and does not make use of the resource... directly.

Resources on that scale... tend not about money. They are more about power... and how that is employed... as you might note, often questionably, even in the case of philanthropy... in those like Gates...

How does Gates fortune... or Bezos... compare to Satoshi's ?
