Notice how China does not state what their peak carbon emissions will be by 2030? Their peak carbon emissions could be 10% greater than today's emissions. Or they could be 200% greater than of today's emissions. Either way, liberals will defend what ever China does.

And there is no discussion about China building coal plants around the world after 2030. No doubt that China will be happy to build coal plants in Africa after 2030.

Now, since we are now on the move right into a sun spot minimum, which according to all history on record for signs of such previous lack of sun activity will sustain and amplify the current cooling trend, by that time we will all agree, that 'Global Cooling' is now what we face and what we must fight by all means!
Latest by then it will become kids knowledge, that anything supporting and increasing CO2 emissions will be badly needed and supported by all means!

That's when 'those Chinese' will become the heros of the left and others for their early understanding of what has to be done: Invest heavily in any projects 'burning more coal"!!!
