WAFD is currently undervalued. I have the upper 50's as being overvalued from the standpoint of the dividend. WAFD is approaching its March highs where some traders/investors want to get out. But it has been holding up very well so far. The 4th quarter is seasonally the most bullish time of the year for financials.

I think your $36-$38 target is very conservative. What made you arrive at $36-$38? To be sure, knowing when to sell is one of the hardest things in the financial markets.

The WAFD chart is very bullish. I am impressed so far with WAFD's resiliency.

I let my profits run. Sometimes that can be a problem. Other times it turns into massive gains.
