Tossing out Palestinians in favour of Israeli homesteaders.

Except that's wrong...

The issue in the court is the opposite...

The properties in question were always, originally, owned by Jewish people... who were forced out by Palestinains some time ago... as is validated in the original Jordanian property ownership records. The title of the properties has never been removed from the legitimate owners... who are simply trying to redress the wrongful takings by evicting squatters... who occupy property they do not own... without paying rents.

Before 1948... the Jewish population were the ones being abused... at the hands of Palestinians...

The problem, really, boils down to everyone, for no obvious reason I can see, buying the stupid argument that in Israel, alone, in a singular historical instance, the winners and losers of a war should be required to live together...

When America (ie., France) defeated Great Britain in our Revolutionary War... the British Loyalists were either killed, run out town, packed off on ships heading back to Britain... or forced to move to Canada.

Benedict Arnold, for instance, tried to go to Canada BEFORE (?) he became a traitor, but failed in the effort to conquer Quebec as "everything went wrong"... but then he ended up going to Britain instead of Canada after being outed as a traitor... No one suggested he should instead move in next door to George and Martha ?

When Israel took Sinai from Eygpt... the Egyptians left ? When Egypt got it back... the Israelis left ?

Only in Palestine, for some insane reason, does the world try to pretend that losing wars should not have any real consequences...

The truth is... Palestinians don't want a state of their own... they only want the one Israel has...

There is no solution to that problem... because Palestinains don't WANT to solve the problem...

Instead, they prefer to listen to Iran... and think Israel will be made to disappear... for them...

And the rest of it... is just lies told to facilitate Iran getting nukes... to enable that in happening.

This is all hubris and not even close to the actual facts.

1. What is now Israel it never belonged to the Israelites as written in the Hebrew Bible

2. There is is not such a thing as "Palestinian people" many of them have their genetical roots with the Israelites and Crusaders or where ,migrant workers when building the Suez Canal

3. The size of China's conquered territories and their exploitation of the Igur Muslim population are humongous compared to Israel

4 As already mentioned Tibet does not belongs to China with a population many times bigger than Israel. The present CCP senior member must be removed from power if not there will be war.

5. Sheikh Jarrah was a Jewish Muslim mixed neighborhood until 1948 when the Jews where ousted and Arab located in their buildings in Sheikh Jarrah, Hayy el-Husayni, Wadi el-Joz and Bab ez-Zahira, and the Jewish quarters of Shim'on Hatsadik and Nahalat Shim'on. Its population was counted as 167 Muslim families (est. 1,250 people), 97 Jewish families, and 6 Christian families

6. What is the connection between Gaza and Sheich Jarrah, the supreme court told the residents that occupied empty home to pay a minimal rent - the Arab refused. - Well they received eviction notices for not paying rent for years.

7. What will happen in NYC when you do not pay your rent? Start a war in New Jersey sending rockets to NYC?

8, Mayur Ganatra, at least for me it is a known fact for several decades.
The myths were incited in big part by the Big 5 powers each with its own interest in the ME, to gain sympathy. During the "Kingdom of Jerusalem," Jewish and Islamic populations were very sparse.
Jordan is a country invented by the UK, Lebanon invented by France, and so on, as are most countries borders in the ME.
Many people of Jewish faith were converted forcefully to Islam as were many Crusaders. In the Galilee, West Bank, and Gaza are living people that are the continuation of the few Jewish communities that the Roman Empire left in what they purposely called "Palestine" based on the Philistine invaders from Turkey. The research at the time was made by Israel's former president Itzhak Ben Zwi.The Philistines a sea traveling tribe arrived from what is today Turkey

9. Reda Mansour, on Nov. 2018 a detailed plan of cooperation between Gaza Egypt, & Israel was submitted to the then, Deputy Minister Michael Oren, at his request upon an international congress at Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem, Implementation of this 4-page summary proposal was prepared with the assistance of former #2 in ISA & was submitted to Israels PMO on Nov. 21, 2018.
Subjects of proposed discussion with respect to the Gaza Strip and Egypt with the purpose to improve living conditions within the Gaza Strip & by this to topple the stronghold of the terrorist organizations [1]
CONFIDENTIAL NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION November 20, 2018

#Summary - The proposed project purpose is to generate employment and relative prosperity within the Gaza Strip with strings attached with the goal of improving the employment and commerce opportunities within the Gaza Strip and by this to remove the complete control of terrorist organizations like Hamas, Islamic Jihad, et-al over the local population.

The process would be slow in developing and Israel would need the full cooperation of Egypt who by itself is exposed to the wrath of its own terrorist extremist, with deep conviction engaging in violent conflicts. Terrorist activities could not continue if the alternative is economic advancement and benefits via employment in this case agricultural cultivation of high protein crops, or vegetables or flowers in demand by Egypt Tourist Industry within the Sinai Peninsula, or export.

When calling the PMO office was told they did not pay attention as it was not sent under "Code Red" - whatever it means.
Theproposal contained several solutions to transform desert soil into agricultural soil, by a proprietary soil enhancement process, approved by Professors TAU, to build Greenhouses, teach the Gazans to cultivate fruits & vegetables for export via Rafah or El Arish - nothing was done and the question is why.

10. I also meet Deputy FM of the Palestinian Authority Jamal who took careful notes of my plan, got all excited at a meeting in Tel Aviv Harbour on 17 August 2017 She is a well-educated person from the best Universities in the US but she went quiet after her return to Ramallah - again the question is why?

11 so whom are you going to blame when no one is willing or open to have a contructive conversation of mutual understanding. The Jordanian Embassy in Tel Aviv ended one sided the converseation when mentioning cooperation.

See and read the link related to meeting on Aug, 2017 https://www.slideshare.net/HaimBranisteanu/subjects-of-proposed-project-discussion-at-the-meeting-with-the-jordanian-representative

12 The observant Jews in Israel or Hassidim are disliked also in Israel they do not recognize the State of Israel, do not enroll in the IDF and live a lifestyle of the Middle Ages - but still they are people regardles of their believes.
