Bob Thanks for your thoughts, John and I often chatted via PM and I knew about many of these issues you addressed in your post. I repeatedly tried to get him to post here again but I knew his heart was no longer in it, especially after knowing his family concerns. I often teased him about is extremely long and detailed posts and he told me they were often practice runs for power- point presentations he used in his work. So we were often his test audience. lol! It was only in the last few days when I again I tried to reach out to him that I discovered he had passed late last year. I was shocked and saddened. He is truly missed I have made an effort to reach out to many of the active posters here to advise them of his death and hopefully get a few thoughts from some of them about John. I will then pass on some of these thoughts to his father.. Thanks for sharing. . . Don
