busy with the acquisition close? It was super fast, maybe even a record from date the deal was announced to completion. IMHO.

That can not be correct, by law they must report within 45 days of the close of the quarter. Feb 23 would be 54 days past close and would therefore violate the reporting law. I believe it is the 9th and then there is a roadshow the 10th-12th with institutions across the country.

I also spoke with IR today. Was told MRVC will report on Feb. 23 before the market opens. This conflicts with "after the close".
Was also told the delay is due to the acquisition.

Very impressive move today. Maybe the price action will cause more chart readers to take a look at the fundamentals of this company.
