How's this:

You stare at your computer screen for hours reloading your stock picks to get updated quotes every few minutes.

Your day really starts at 9:30am and ends at 4:00pm, and this is when your not at work!

You read so many messages from people on SI and Yahoo, that they are your extended family!

Mark

Not gammas or Alphas.
Gammas most often accompany cosmic radiation from the sun or decay from elements with short half-lives.
Alpha which are the size of helium nuclei and don't have enough energy to penetrate even the thinnest of eyeball skin. However, they aren't good for you if you ingest or inhale them.

Now X-rays are emitted by highly excited electrons decaying from outer to inner orbits which can also have accompanying photons. So, next time you get your face too close to the monitor think of all the facial germs you are eradicating. That coupled with some microwaves leaking from the frequency emitting equipment in the monitor, you are one clean puppy. Off course there probably isn't enough energy there to pasteurize your lunch, so you'll still have to worry about what your eating.

Steve,

Your best effort to date! Some of these trading bug "symptoms" strike very close to home. However, while there does not appear to be a complete cure, I can vouch for the fact that there is a partial vaccine: a few stinging losses due to indiscriminate and hasty trading! <g>
