Bill: There were about 3 or 4 large block trades yesterday at about the $44 CDN level. I wonder.... for every seller there is a buyer. So I wonder who is repositioning their portfolios.

It also occurred to me last night, that since part of NN's problem (aside from their slower than expected TDM sales) was their difficulty in assimilating UB and NN cultures (i.e. failing to create the needed synergies for VIVID LAN product growth), I wonder if there was any prognostication by similarity. To put it plainly, I wonder whether any of the larger HUM investors are concerned about HUM's ability to make a strong go at the data warehousing business. i.e. HUM working on assimilating the Andyne organization and product into their business for quick and decisive product growth and success.

The other similarity between NN and HUM is the concern when Exceed sales might begin to flatten?... and possibly without warning....just like NN's TDM sales did. Newer HUM products have not so far shown sufficient growth to offset any longer term Exceed sales decline if it should happen sooner than expected.

Perhaps I think too much? We need a much awaited sign from HUM that these concerns are proven wrong. Key word here is "proven".

Now, with all the above having been said, I still think that current HUM share prices are indeed a steal. I remain in it for the long term.
