Satyr, I love this part: <<What do you see as the most salient challenge in meshing the two corporate cultures? That is a key question. You are talking cultures. You are not saying products and all these other things we have already spent quite a bit of time thinking about. I believe the key in achieving this kind of integration is outstanding communication. I think the Compaq-Tandem integration so far is a masterpiece. Communication is everything. Being respectful of the other organization, recognizing the value. I think that makes all the difference in achieving this kind of successful integration. We are obviously well aware of how this industry has done as a track record in terms of megadeals in the computer industry in the past.>> This is the concern most people have with the merger. EP says the Tandem-Compaq integration is a masterpiece. I'm betting that this merger will go just as well. Thanks for the info. Robbie
