Andrew, Correct me if I am wrong, but Ira has stated the audit is not done yet. So if the audit showed differently, what would we be holding him to? His guesses? Good luck debating that in court. If Ira could be sued for changing informal earnings reports, I guess I should sue him over the 3rd quarter results (.06, the company said, beginning in November... after I showed that was impossible. Then, in January, Ira sent a fax to Capt. Dan saying that 504 stock sales inflated the earnings... I suppose that Ira will now deny sending the fax! Then Ira said in the CC that, of course, 504 sales were NOT being counted as income, and that 3rd Q earnings were actually .03) Whatever, L.E. P.S. Your posts have shown you can think clearly. I am certain Ira told you "before taxes" yesterday. You asked him a very straightforward question, and I am sure you listened to the answer closely.
