socialized medicine has not destroyed HC in Canada not Europe.. maybe the US is kinda backward in application.. we are talking a minimum requirement here .. Money will always talk to get the BEST... it's part of the human condition.. as I have said before many times.. it is our balance of animal spirits and altruism that makes us supreme on the planet.. we need BOTH...
