> Where do we get off this train?

Well, it depends on the destination of your choice. For example if you intend to go from San Francisco to Minneapolis by train you dont get off in Colorado, but rather wait till the train reaches Minnesota first! On the other hand if your final destination is Minneapolis but the train goes all the way to Montreal Canada you definitely want to get off in Minneapolis and do not continue your travel to Montreal (unless of course you want to extend your trip and visit Canada also)!

Here's my take on this :

Get rid of 1/3 of your shares if you happen to hit 34 before end April; another 1/3 if we reach 41 before end August; and another 1/3 if we reach 47 before end of the year.

You can always get back on this train. You don't have to run to catch it. It will generally come back to you.

Dipy.

I sold at $37 during the last run-up and it went all the way to $46. It may take some time, but I'm not selling until it reaches the high 30's.
