KEN I agree completely with what you want to accomplish, but I hope there r is a better way to do it I believe there are way too many threads for all the "ANTS" to cover effectively looking for "crumbs". Perhaps we could police ourselves and make it a lot more difficult if ALL on this thread would not go to other threads and publicize any news that is posted here for DCTC shareholders. Some would stumble onto it but not nearly as many Maybe a blind ant is not as lucky as a blind hog. gggg I appreciate you and everyone else who make this thread so enjoyable and informative.. Thanks! GRUPO, Where are you

Ken,

I really have mixed emotions about your theory and proposal. On one hand it could very well explain the "buy on the rumor, sell on the news" phenomena we keep seeing. On the other hand, for many of us the management participation in the thread is one of the principal reasons for our interest and continued confidence in DCI.

One way to keep "unofficial" company news away from people without a long term interest in DCI would be send this type of information out to DCI "long-termers" via e-mail rather than posting it on the thread. The key to this would be to identify the investors who should get it. One way to do this would be use the same distribution the company uses for "hardcopy" company updates/newsletters. If something like this (e-mail) were done, we'd have to set up some agreements not to inundate DCI mgmt. with responses/questions and to not let the information "leak" onto the thread.

I'm not necessarily proposing the above. I'm really just thinking out loud and throwing out some more fodder for discussion. Whatever happens -- IF there are any changes in "thread policy" -- I don't want to lose the "connection" we've been lucky enough to have with DCI management. Unfortunately, I think we could have a Catch 22 because if we lose the management connection, we might very well lose some of the long-term investors.

It's a tough one ....
