Any thoughts on WCII scarfing up ARTT or buying the BizTel licenses that AT&T inherited when they acquired Teleport?

Alternatively, might AT&T buy ARTT, combine it with their BizTel assets and try to compete?

Either way, ARTT looks pretty inexpensive: $188M market cap compared to WCII's $1.25B. Obviously they're no WCII, but their assets (371M channel pops, U.K. and Scandinavian licenses, etc.) are compelling.

ARTT has gone from near 7.5 at the beginning of the year to close at 9.5 today, and volume has been increasing each of the last four days.

Have Vogel, Grubman, or Reagan discussed ARTT, its valuation, and its future prospects?
