Our versions of socialism are certainly not the same :) They differ hardly at all... in the underlying ideas... that foster the dysfunction. That variation in expression exists... isn't a validation of the idea ? But, the local variations, too... really don't matter much... as they are obviated by the centralization of everything into global rules... Globalism... or, socialism from the top down... is just as stupid now... as is was when Hilter was trying to implement it his way ? Or, when the Soviet Union was trying to implement it their way... And, it will all fail miserably, of course... as it must... and the failure, too, will generate vastly more misery... than would exist if people quit trying to fix things that aren't broken... in order to implement things that are.
