Dear David S,

I cannot thank you enough for your guiding us to the Proxy Monitor who is most helpful for those of us who can't read. I am also underwhelmed by your assistance in this matter.

To say that 250mm Chinese don't give a shit what you or your Proxy Monitor have to say would be an understatement.

Your opinions on CCSI have no meaning whatsoever. You are allowed to voice your opinion on any matter at any time. The fact that you are clueless in the case of CCSI should be obvious to anyone on the board.

But, in case anyone pays ANY attention to you. I RECOMMEND VOTING YES ON ALL PROPOSALS THAT CCSI HAS PUT FORWARD. I not so humbly submit, that you and the Proxy Monitor are not worth the powder to blow you both to hell.

I find it ironic that institutions use the Proxy Monitor, are you implying they are not smart enough to figure the proposals out for themselves? My, my.

If you weren't so funny, I would laugh at you.

Hi David,

I hope I haven't missed a post from you, but the last post from you is the only one I remember that has had any reasonable and usable content in it. As I'm sure you are aware, my own personal responsibility in buying this stock in the first place will be to blame if I get screwed, not Darby. Time will tell, but right now, I am really feeling "screwed", as my CCSI stock is up 6 points in the last eleven trading days!
