BD: Are you seriously equating the fiduciary responsibility of the officers and board of directors of a publicly traded company to be open , forthright and honest with the public with those who exchange ideas and commentary anonymously and who may or may not have a pecuniary interest in a particular stock? If so you must also contend that when the SEC issued its Trading Halt in RMIL and words of caution to the public and broker-dealers about accepting announcements and information from RMIL's officers and spokespeople that the SEC was acting capriciously and without any basis in fact.
