Based on closing numbers today, I got a NAV of 33.21 v. 31.25 for SFR. That doesn't include DocuCom. Also, based on last year's annual report, they had atleast 1.40/share in the various partnerships, an amount which I would be sure appreciated somewhat during the year. Then there's 17-20 privately held companies which are also not included. My guess is that SFE is worth well north of $40, possibly $50. Wish they had LEAPS.
