Those are some grand ages to be. It really makes a difference I think if the elders can interact with their family once in a while. Makes a big change to their day. The lockdown regulations were inhumane in the most part. I think most elders would willing accept the risk of seeing family members rather then be isolated.

Good for mom. Staying active is at least half the battle.
