Re <<“long haul” symptom>> knock wood, but have had no issues other than long-term need for water and food back from swim with the in-laws. good to see them so happy in the water. beautiful water this day. looking forward to the kids joining us starting Saturday. Friday is last day of the school semester. good to be alive, feeling hungry for lunch, to be followed by bi-weekly reflexology. perhaps the only things missing is a general market crash to exhilarate heart beats and a gold ramp to excite the senses. :0)
