Americans want free stuff. That's why Reagan could lie about balancing the budget and still win 49 states. Reagan understood this simple truth, no one cares about how much debt they're creating as long as some of that money ends up in their pockets. It's a sad truth, but now Democrats figured it out too, so now we race to see which side can throw us into bankruptcy first. Never forget, republicans have done this for 40-years.

This woman is essentially the same as the shallow thought processes prevalent on this thread and the Trump thread before — you have discarded the rule of law I favor of political dogma. And frankly, the entire Orange Man Bad belief system has fallen apart and it boils down to the popularity contest, with relative accomplishments nowhere to be found.

If there is any righteousness to be found, a 2024 Trump campaign will be successful. His first week in office will be spent undoing Biden's four years. His congressional majorities will be strong. And you will suffer in your own misery.

If that doesn’t happen, Okay. DeSantis is still going to be impossible to defeat.

The orange monkey's party controlled the entire government and he still couldn't get one penny for a wall. Explain that one to me and don't change the subject. Explain why republicans in both Houses refused to give him one penny for his wall (that Mexico was supposed to pay for)? Then explain to me how the orange money paid for the $1.9 trillion of debt from tax cuts and the $8 trillion of debt over his time in office, and how he planned to undo trillion-dollar deficits for the rest of time. After that, explain to me why he didn't do anything about Covid when he first learned about it November of 2019 and after he was told he'd be a horrific pandemic in late December? Then, explain why it's was okay for him to have rallies last June in the middle of a pandemic and kill 600K of us. The conservative mind is far too gone to be fixed. We know this, but so does their party. They can lie to you about anything or commit any crime and they'll excuse it. It's who republcians have become and it didn't start with Trump. It's who they've been their entire lives.
