Dave, There was about two weeks between the day I mailed in the conversion form and the day the new account's information arrived in the mail. That same day, I called Electronic Brokerage Customer Service to activate the conversion account for WebBroker. It became accessible via the web about five minutes after my call. Even if your account can't be made available for WebBroker for a few days, your local office ought to do you the courtesy of giving you the web-based rates for any trades that occur until then.
