Probably not the lawsuit...ATVI's lawyers are still disecting it I'm sure(IMHO). It will take them weeks more to conduct research and formulate a report/stragtegy to ATVI's brass (IMHO). Hopefully it will be settled out-of-court sometime thereafter (perhaps in about 3-5 months if were lucky).

I think it may be some speculation for buyout or pre-earnings accumulation. I personally don't expect the numbers to be drastically different than the pre-announced 7-10 mil loss. There could be alot of other "Juicy" details (looking forward for the co.) though in the release...this could entice entry into this stock days before it hit's the wires.

It was a nice move. I kinda thought $ 2 would be the price a day or two before the release...just never expected much above it. I don't really expect a buyout while it trades around $2. First time the chart shows this one surging to $ 3 1/2-4 I'll start thinking buyout possibilities...this is due to my observations that strong up trading surges preceed actual buyout news releases (more times than not). They can be real indicative of a buyout (increases the odds anyway, I wouldn't get too excited though). MPRS is probably getting offers...problem is I think they are coming in at $3-5 range and thus get rejected.

Note: This entire post contains speculation on my part. Especially my statement of MPRS getting offers. Trading stocks is alot of guesswork sometimes, that is much of what I am doing with MPRS. It is difficult to speculate short term on this one. I am holding for a 1 year play myself and don't really worry about this earnings release or buyout rumors. I just want to see the product launches execute on schedule and MPRS management pay down some debt. A reverse split for this co. would be nice in my viewpoint...it is a perfect candidate and I think could beat the odds of a reverse split sometimes causing a further downtrend.

Indeed this co. has alot of potential for a 1 year play. Todays surge was nice to see too (stronge volume was a bonus). $ 1 3/4 may very well have been bottom, I hope so anyway!
