I don't know the nature of the big block trade. It appears to be either institutional buying or selling. Because the stock price increased following the trade, it's not likely that it was institutional dumping. Of course, we'll have to see what happens tomorrow. It's also possible that it was merely a direct, open-market trade between two funds/institutions. If that's the case, though, I don't know why the trade occurred at the low price. That one block trade represented more than 10% of the NCES float.
