In Sydney they think the gold is worth more than in NY. Super. I was thinking why VSE put such a condition? What would VSE had to lose if stock was trading at 0.20 and warrants were exercised or for that matter at 0.50 trading for the price 0.20. If stock does trade at 0.50 within next 30 days it will be natural to expect warrants to be turn into the shares. It seems that GHE would only benefit with short exercise as they get money faster. What sort of benefit VSE gets by imposing the rule of 0.25?

December 1/97 had also 200K warrants at 0.625 with exercise date of April 30, 98. These are missing from the latest news release. Fascinating? I wonder who doesn't deserve cheaper price?
