Thanks Richard, I have followed KRY for along time I have been a silent but avid reader of the thread since the contreversy, so I am not a Novice. I have read literally tonnes of the information provided by this thread and the Venezuelan papers. I have read shorters slam KRY. PDG people slam KRY, KRY people slam PDG. All have there opinion as to the final results. IMHO Most of the supporting information for KRY ownership which likely should be used by the courts won't and the same for PDG. Why I stick my nose into this is because everyone assumes that PDG went out and intentionally defrauded KRY. That is complete unadulterated crap. Just as KRY intentionally "let" PDG drill on their land and get a free "drill job" is complete unadulterated crap. Two companies "thought" they owned the property. One from an earlier deal, the other from a government department decision. PDG would not have spent $100MM to drill SOMEBODY elses property. Honest INJUN, they wouldn't. I get real irritated when I read people slamming PDG as the "bad guy". (I don't own PDG or KRY) I get equally irritated when people slam KRY!! The short of it is this, you can summate this entire threads comments into two groups. 1) People who want KRY to win (vested interest) 2) People who want PDG to lose( vested interest, the same interest!!) People on this thread support points 1 & 2 above by slamming PDG's management, policy, belief in ownership, and rights to the property, through this never ending barrage of the "evil empire". What is "right" or what is "wrong" has little to do with the final outcome. Some people realize that what will be, will be and ownership will be decided by the courts and will not be based on this threads perceived "PDG madness". The difference between the APQ thread and this one is simple. We know what is required for APQ's survival. As a result we " wait" for the result. We do not defame/slam any other company for the sake of supporting our own, because it will not alter the outcome one way or the other, the same situation you are in!! Lastly, I had a bad hair day and should have remained a "silent reader" for that I apologize! the Chief
