Mike, I had the same thoughts about Murphy because he is totally Mr. R&D right now. I see he loves LSI due to their huge R&D. However, as we know R&D doesn't always turn into marketable products. Sometimes R&D is just a giant sink hole, filled with WebTV progenitors and other Taligents. Anyway, it's hilarious considering how much Apple currently spends and has recently spent, the patents owned by the co., and the fact that the $425 million NeXT purchase could be arguably called R&D as well. I think there are a lot of technological strengths with this co. that aren't showing up in the share price. Marc
