Blacks are pissed off. The Democrats took all of the cash from Black Lives Matter and funneled it to Pedo Joe. None of it went to Black neighborhoods like they promised when they raised the money. BLM is a money laundering organization for the crooked Democrats. They used the black theme to steal the dough.
