It was probably sometime around 1952 to 1953 that the British Army approved atrocities against the Mau Mau that turned Idi Amin from a rugby playing assistant cook into a full blown torturing & murdering psycho nutcase. Speaking of which, this does not look too hot either. Idi Amin was't the only one with the condition. The Covid19 promoters look to be of the same ilk.
