"Debt or share issuance...which plays best in a depressed market?"

Francoise, the Kalahari release was about "incentive options" issued for about half of what the stock is selling for. My comment referred to the insider trading history of the president and his cronies. I don't believe that real mineral exploration companies spend quite so much time and energy making a killing on Howe Street on the backs of their more gullible shareholders. As I understand the theory, they issue shares for cash, then use that cash and their time to find some freakin minerals. Check out the history of Mr Applegath's first Howe Street venture, New Cinch Uranium; imagen.net - click on "Big Top, Sideshow, and Midway", then scan down for New Cinch. Then check out the insider trading for Kalahari ftp.bcse.gov.bc.ca
There are some names on Howe Street with which I will have nothing whatever to do [a vestige of my pre-computer buy-and-hold days, perhaps], and this is one of them.

Not that I want to make a big deal of it. I see the MPV people over here dumping on Winspear, and am mildly saddened, though not surprised. Perhaps war is inevitable on a multi-stock thread, and perhaps I am saddened mostly because while war is great fun, it is time-consuming, and the spring is shaping up to be busy for me -g-
