Larry:
Excellent and well taken point (although I know lots of shorts who on occasion, make much more than 100% on a given move). Also agree with any who suggest that being a short in this mania is akin to having a target painted on one's chest,...agility is mandatory. (g)

If only we could pick those exact bottoms or tops. (g)

Larry, my personal viewpoint is that we are on the edge of a full-blown depression. It's already here in Asia. I wish I didn't have this viewpoint, but I do. I used to be a raving tech bull, but not for two years, based on what I see in the field. We all have to develop a viewpoint, or we might as well go gambling. Any who think Asia is "on the mend", should talk to a few Asians, or note the $65.0 billion default (Indonesia) last week. Might this whole thing have some impact on the US? Early numbers suggest a drop of 10% in U.S. exports to Asia already.

Before you say it, I'll agree with you wholeheartedly that this has nothing to do with day trading MU ( I really do envy you in that regard). Me, I'll continue to be driven by my "depression" point of view, and do what seems intelligent, given that perspective.
Best, Earlie
