June 28th executes last phase of the Basel III agreement.
Who Wrote Basel III? Globalist. Who regulates it? The banks.

  • Basel III is an international regulatory accord that set out reforms meant to improve the regulation, supervision, and risk management in the banking sector.
  • Because of the impact of the 2008 credit crisis, banks must maintain minimum capital requirements and leverage ratios.
  • Under Basel III, Common Equity Tier 1 must be at least 4.5% of risk-weighted assets (RWA) while Tier 1 capital must be at least 6% and total capital must be at least 8.0%.2?
  • The total minimum capital adequacy ratio of both tiers, also including the capital conservation buffer, is 10.5%.3?
Hugo Salinas Price who wrote the article. His son is the one to watch. Runs Gruop Salinas, net worth $15B, in Mexico. 10% of assets in Bitcoin as of Dec. 2020. Son starts talking about the metals I'd take that seriously.
